Should a disaster occur, we work with key executives to plan the escalation protocol.
- Gaps and Remediation - Using the initial assessment and DRP plan we develop a remediation plan, timeline and project plan. These typically include process, organizational, and technology changes.
- Document Processes, Procedures, Organization and Communication - Our experts provide detailed documentation of critical BCP/DRP processes and procedures that must be executed once a disaster is declared. These processes and procedures contain critical control points, call protocols and personnel information, as well as organizational structures and communications strategies. In addition to supporting disaster recovery efforts, these new processes and procedures lay the groundwork and reduce the cost of future compliance efforts.
- Simulation and Implementation - Our experts train designated client teams using simulations of disasters and associated responses. We then rate the client on preparedness using our standard BCP/DRP scorecard.
