Ashish Gadnis, Founder
Ashish founded Forward Hindsight in 2004, with a vision to provide technology expertise to clients that truly enables growth and helps implement competitive disruption strategies. Ashish also envisions FH as a leader in fostering and implementing true social entrepreneurship, by encouraging its clients and partners to help bring parity to parts of the world that are in need.
Ashish takes a very hands-on approach to developing and executing strategies with his clients. Ashish has more than 20 years of experience leading the transformation of Global 1000 organizations. He is adept at creating and executing operational strategies that increase financial, brand, and competitive advantages. Ashish has been the business architect of major initiatives for leading firms all over the world, and continues to act as a trusted advisor to their CEOs. He is an expert at developing market-focused business architectures that leverage technology and decrease risk.
Ashish has been the recipient of numerous awards and recognition, including: a finalist for the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year® award, one of the top “40 under 40” business executives in the Twin Cities, and a Minority Twin Cities Business Owner award winner. He is also a Young Global Leaders Award Recipient for the World Economic Forum.
Ashish holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Bombay University and a Masters in Business Administration from the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota.
He serves on the Board for the Katha Dance Theatre. Ashish also Founded Million for Haiti, an organization that raised 47 tons of life-saving supplies for Haiti’s earthquake victims.

Erin Hammer, CEO
Erin is the Chief Executive Officer for Forward Hindsight. She is responsible for implementing the strategies of Forward Hindsight as a company. Her goal is to ensure that the operations of FH run efficiently so that the primary focus is on how to best serve FH clients.
Erin has more than 19 years of experience working with a variety of businesses in an advisory role. This expertise was gained through a number of progressive roles in the Banking industry. She has strong problem solving, advisory, and leadership skills.
Her previous experience allowed her to work directly within many different industries and gave her insight into recognizing how companies can run more efficiently.
Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Concordia College, Moorhead, MN; and a Masters of Business Administration from the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota. She has been very active in the Twin Cities business and volunteer environment for the past twelve years.
Jean-Charles Courbois, Vice President, Director of Professional Services
As Vice President, Director of Professional Services, Jean-Charles (JC) manages the Professional Services Group at FH. He is responsible for ensuring our team is fully trained, utilized, and ready to implement our product methodologies, so that we can deliver optimal solutions to our clients.
JC brings 23 years of international IT experience to FH. Most of his experience comes from leading ERP, CRM, e-Commerce, and Business Intelligence implementations for major corporations, like AT&T, Nortel Networks, GMAC, and, most recently, Ecolab. He has been exposed to a variety of implementation methodology and loves to resolve business problems using technology.
JC holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Lille in France and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from ENSIAME. He is also PMP, Six Sigma Green Belt, Scrum Master, and ITIL certified.
Sandra Gutierrez, CFO
Sandra has been with Forward Hindsight since it’s inception in 2007. As CFO, Sandra is responsible for all finance, accounting and investment activities.
Sandra has a strong technology background and her previous experience includes senior leadership roles at Bancko Central Hipotecario of Columbia and Banco Superior of Columbia. She has also maintained leadership roles at 3M, through Keane, Inc.; Lonminger International, a Korn Ferry company; and Express Scripts.
Sandra has a degree in Public Administration and Political Science from Escuela Superior de Administration Publica in Bogota, Columbia and a degree in Computer Science from St. Paul College, Minnesota. She is fluent is English and Spanish.
